―Paint Your Own Pottery‖ is open the second Saturday of every month for the community to paint ready-made pottery pieces. Leave the piece with us to get it fired and come by in a few days to take home your one-of-a-kind treasure. Price range is $8—$10 for ornaments and neck-laces, $18—$24 for mugs, and $16—$55 for plates and platters. From poignant rural ballads to a grit and attitude straight from a whiskey-soaked card game, Greensky Bluegrass pushes the boundaries of the jamgrass universe. As 2006 Telluride Bluegrass Festival Band Competition Champions they have rocked out festivals such as Bonnaroo and Jam Cruise. They are described as ―raging bluegrass,‖ exhibiting fast-paced techniques with originals and renditions from the Talking Heads to Jimi Hendrix with a bluegrass twist. 8:00 p.m. $15. The Crested Butte Dance Collective and Center for the Arts bring in the rhythm with African Dance.
