Meet every Tuesday from February 7 through March 27 for eight weeks of figure drawing classes. Live models in extended poses serve as the foundation for this figure drawing class. Beginner and advanced techniques are complimented with a short lecture. Journey of a Red Fridge: Hari Rai is a student living in a small village in the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal who works as a porter to pay for his tuition. Walking with Hari through astounding Himalayn landscapes, we discover his inner life, thoughts, hopes and dreams as well as a glimpse into the realities of child labor. Recipient of 22 awards including ―Best Mountain Culture Film,‖ ―Best Documentary,‖ and ―Best of the Festival Jury’s Choice Award.
Pedal to the Midnight Sun: Pedaling for 1,300 miles through glacier-carved vistas and herds of caribou, through wildlife, wild people and an Alaskan-sized heap of oddities and hilarity, effervescent explorers J.J. Kelley and Josh Thomas (of Paddle to Seattle award-winning fame) take audiences on a ride of incomparable filmmaking and an uproarious enthusiasm for wild places.

The Crested Butte Dance Collective and Center for the Arts bring in the rhythm with African Dance. These high-energy dance classes to live drumming explore a variety of traditional African movements and rhythms from Guinea to Zimbabwe.
