Ride the Bus!

It’s very easy to get around Downtown Crested Butte… shops, galleries, restaurants, bars, and lodging are all within walking distance.

If you are headed to Crested Butte Mountain Resort – just 3 miles away – you can ride the free shuttle bus. The bus operates year-round and runs every 15 minutes during peak winter & summer seasons (less frequently during the shoulder seasons) and picks up at various locations throughout town. It’s a free and convenient way to get to and from the ski area.

All buses are wheelchair accessible. Ski/snowboard racks are provided, or you can carry your gear on with you. Dogs and other animals are  allowed on the bus if they are in a pet carrier. And children’s strollers, wagons and similar child transport devices are permitted in their collapsed condition.
