The Mountain High Music Festival (formerly known as the Crested Butte Songwriters Festival) will feature performances by a collection of the best performing songwriters in the world. The festival will revolve around performances staged at Crested Butte hot spots. Crowds will experience the faces, voices and stories behind hit songs during signature in-the-round acoustic performances and raucous, dance-inducing sets will dominate the schedule.
Building on last year’s successful event, which raised more than $40,000 for local charities, this year’s festival will once again raise money and awareness by showcasing the faces, voices, and stories behind some of today’s biggest hit songs. Fans and songwriters will swap stories and mingle in a series of full-band, casual, and intimate performances set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Crested Butte.
